The callsigns started with a &#8222;T&#8220; in front, check the image below. Usually was &#8222;TAP&#8220; on 9465 khz best to listen. Early programs are &#8222;Mailbag&#8220; and a special program for international shortwave Listeners, broadcasted via &#8222;TAQ&#8220;. Early QSL-cards were headed: &#8222;Turkish Press Department, Radio Branch&#8220;.
